So we have seen administration after administration reject the UN's plea for climate reparations. But this loon has on his own and with no authority pledged a billion dollars to developing countries to not use coal, oil, and natural gas. And what's amazing is that China is listed as a developing country. So China puts no money towards this, but reaps the benefits.
All this does is keep these countries poor, and allows China to continue to abuse the system. China — which spews more CO2 than United States and Europe put together contributes nothing. We at least know that the House will stop this and force Biden to look elsewhere for this.
