OK so you have trouble hiring people. You've had some bad hires so what do you do? You put up a sign saying Now Hiring. Non Stupid People. I think it's funny but some folks don't.

The owner of Pets Gone Wild Resort said he put up the hiring sign Tuesday morning. Guess what? In 24 hours they got three good hires. Some folks laugh but others are upset. But who cares, it worked.
