Alexandra’s Law would notify convicted drug dealers that should they be convicted again in the state of California, they could be charged with manslaughter and murder if the drugs they sell have led to a person’s death.
For the third time Democrats rejected it and would not add it to their bill. Makes you wonder why Democrats are protecting drug cartel members.
“These drug dealers are poisoning our children,” State Senator Melissa Melendez (R) said in a statement. “We have people who are dying from fentanyl poisoning, never to see their families again,” Melendez said. “I have tried to get this passed three separate times with no success and I don’t know how much longer we have to wait until we actually do something about this.”

Drug Enforcement Administration official Anne Milgram has said that there was enough fentanyl trafficked into American communities in 2021, via the southern border, “to kill every American” citizen.
