The Office of Personnel Management has notified all federal agencies that they will be downsized and remaining employees may be transferred. This should have happened years ago.

The four pillars outlined by OPM are:

1.Return to work: Employees are "required to return to their physical offices five days a week."

2.Performance Culture: "Federal workforce should be comprised of the best America has to offer."

3.streamlined and flexible workforce: Majority of agencies will be downsized "through restructurings, realignments and reductions in force."

4.Enhanced standards of conduct: "Employees will be subject to enhanced standards of suitability and conduct."
