Will the Trump gag order stand?

Will the Trump gag order stand? Trumps legal team went before the appeals court in reference to the gag order placed on him in reference to the DC judge allowing Trump to be attacked, but not allowing Trump to defend himself.

It looks like the appeals court may keep the ban, but limit it from it's original form. You have one Biden and two Obama appointed judges.

One judge said the gag order is unfair to Trump because his prosecution could easily be used to attack him during presidential debates. 

Another  judge said the gag order is too broad when it banned Trump from speaking about ‘witnesses’ like Bill Barr and Mike Pence.
