Why crime will be increasing in states like California. Unless you compare it to the 80's or 90's. Yes California has a large population, but it's not the number of people but more like the actual people. So many undocumented, DA's  who are soft on crime, a population that turns it's head the other way, and the drug use.

Now I found an article by a lawyer who agreed that crime is up in California, but it was worse in the 80's and 90's. So don't worry be happy. And you have those loons who say based on per capita California's crime is lower then Tennessee. And that may be. But in Tennessee when caught the criminals go to jail.
