Mayor Pete went out and lied  about how if we had the 2018 law that was  removed, this wouldn't have happened. So all the left wing fanatics went on Twitter and obscure websites and repeated the lie.

Here's what the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) Chair Jennifer Homendy announced.  If this particular rule were to have gone into effect, the mandate would have applied only to trains classified as high-hazard flammable trains.

 “This means even if the rule had gone into effect, this train wouldn’t have had ECP brakes,” Homendy said, and she suggested that anyone who says otherwise is “spreading misinformation.”

 Senator JD Vance has a message for Pete and Joey Boy.
