This make any sense? Solar power glut boosts California electric bills. Other states reap the benefits.

Anyone who has followed me long term knows that I've always commented that wind and solar were high school science class projects. So California spends billions on going that route.

So what do they do? Pay other states to take the excess, who turn around and lower their customers energy bills. And the California consumers? Their rates go up. Don'tbelieve me? Below's the link to the LA Times article.
