So where will Governor Newsom run to now?

So where will Governor Newsom run to now? The California Governor has a habit of running away when ever the going gets rough. His latest was leaving the state when the latest weather disaster hit. I guess Mexico seemed the place to be. 

California has a flooding issue coming. Where will we find the Governor for that one? When Texas had a state disaster Senator Cruz was attacked for leaving the state. Forget the fact that it wasn't a Federal issue. He was still attacked. Will Newsom come under the same scrutiny? Yeah right.
