One law one page. Drop Boxes. Part 17. Place a camera on all drop boxes. It takes a picture of everyone who uses it. The local board chairs can then review the photos if a claim is made of voter fraud.

Example. The law is that only imediate families by a person can use the box. Say someone drops off hundreds (like Democrats in Northern California do). That picture is sent to the FBI for investigation of that person and the ballot count is not verified till after the investigation.
