No Virginia, this is not climate change or a natural disaster, its a manmade disaster. You can't say that this was unexpected, because you have these winds yearly. What you don't have is a city, county, or state that prepares for the fires.

Short of manpower, and equipment, not enough reservoirs', and environmentalists who run the state with their phony climate change warnings.

Other states and other countries have controlled burns. You don't leave dry brush on the ground that fuels these fires. Remember you have these winds yearly. 

Hopefully come January 20th the new administration holds back all federal funds until California comes into the 21st century.
