Expressing concerns that black Michiganders are dying from COVID-19 at rates higher than white patients, Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer said Thursday she was launching a task force to address the disparities. 

So is the virus a secret weapon the President created? Get rid of those who may vote Democrat. I myself think that PP created it to continue their war on African American males and females. Now taxpayer money will be spent to find out why 40% of the deaths are black, but only 14% of the population. Wait I have the answer. Orange drink and Popeye's chicken. That's it. What a waste of taxpayer money.
