Four folks representing hate groups denied access to see gang member. Four Democrats representing American hate groups (they also are members of Congress) thought they could go and make demands on a foreign country.

They found out that they were not allowed to see the gang member because they were not there as representatives of the US Government.

Also their  trip would not be paid for by Congress because it was not approved. So what they accomplished was an expensive trip that would come out of their own pocket.
