Fantastic news. ICE can continue to send the youth criminals home. Three awesome Trump appointed judges ruled that the youth criminals ( God knows what crimes their parents taught them to commit )  could be sent back home.

These are juvenile criminals who's parents sent them to cross the border without any accompanying adult. I guess the parents thought that the authorities would contact them to get the youth criminals. What kind of parent would do something like that?

A three-member panel of circuit judges gave U.S. border officials permission on Friday to use a Trump-era emergency policy to swiftly expel unaccompanied migrant children from American soil without a court hearing or an asylum interview.  

       Judges Gregory Katsas, Neomi Rao and Justin Walker of the U.S. Circuit Court in Washington, D.C. paused a lower court order that had blocked the government from expelling children apprehended along U.S. borders without their parents or legal guardians.
