1ST US Circuit Court of Appeals rules against wearing mask with racist groups name.

In a 3-0 ruling the court upheld a lower courts ruling that allowed Whole Foods to enforce the dress code about what's on the masks. The employees were claiming racial discrimination and retaliation In so many words, the court said nice try but no and supported Whole Foods stand.

Home Depot won a similar ruling. Employee wanted to wear apparel that had BLM hate speech. Company also won that one. The employees need to understand that when you're at work, you represent your employer.
